Black Centre steps out of the Centre Circle onto one foot and loses her balance and then regrounds her grounded foot outside the Centre Circle . She is now fully in Umpire B's controlling end. Which Umpire penalises the stepping??
Rule 3.1.6 (iii) The umpire who is controlling the Centre Pass is responsible for penalising infringements by the Centre taking the Centre Pass while the player is within the Centre Circle. In this case Umpire B would be responsible for penalising the footwork infringement see Rule 3.1.6 (i).
