This is a programme that sees youth make a Commitment to Community
A large number of young people coach, umpire and manage netball teams each year and long for support and resources to help them in these roles that they carry out for their school or another school that often sees them supporting a family member. Netball Bay of Plenty and some of these young coaches and umpires have looked for a way to provide what was needed. The Ministry of Youth funded project is delivered by Netball Bay of Plenty but led by Sport Bay of Plenty through the Tauranga City Council .
